What we cannot do

• Access your casino account. We cannot see balances, unlock accounts, chase a withdrawal or reverse a bonus. Only the operator's own support can — the practical guidance is on getting paid out.

How we handle what you send

Messages are read by the people named on who writes here and by nobody else. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, we do not pass addresses to partner brands, and we delete correspondence on request — the detail is on privacy. If your message reports an error, expect a reply telling you what we changed or why we disagree; a correction is published either way if the page was wrong.
