Account access
Signing in, and what to do when it fails
Sign-in is email and password, and on a working day it takes four seconds. This page exists for the other day — the one where the form keeps returning you to itself with no explanation.
A casino sign-in has more moving parts than an ordinary website login: geography checks, session security, and account states that a normal site simply does not have. Knowing which of those you are hitting turns a frustrating loop into a two-minute fix.
Diagnosis
Five reasons a sign-in fails
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Form reloads, no error | Stale session cookie or an aggressive extension | Clear cookies for the site, disable extensions, or try a private window. |
| "Invalid credentials" on a password you are sure of | Registered with a different email, or capitals from autocorrect on mobile | Use password reset — it also confirms which email the account actually uses. |
| Page will not load at all | Network or geography restriction | Try another connection. Do not use a VPN to get around a market block: that breaks the terms and can cost you the balance. |
| Signed in, but play is blocked | Account state — verification pending, limit reached, or a self-exclusion in force | Read the account notice carefully; a cooling-off period cannot be lifted early, by design. |
| Reset email never arrives | Spam filtering, or a typo in the registered address | Check spam, wait a few minutes, then contact support from the address you believe you used. |
If you are tempted to reach for a VPN to sign in, stop. That is the one shortcut that can cost you a verified balance. On geography blocks
Security
Protecting an account that holds money
A gambling account is a payment account with a balance, saved payment methods and enough personal documentation to matter. Treat it accordingly: a unique password stored in a password manager, two-factor authentication switched on wherever the account settings offer it, and no shared devices for signing in.
Be particular about email. The registered address is the recovery route for everything else, so if that inbox is weakly protected, so is the casino account behind it. Secure the email first and the rest becomes much harder to attack.
Watch for the two scams that target this category specifically: messages claiming your account is suspended and inviting you to "confirm" it through a link, and offers of bonus credit in exchange for logging in somewhere unfamiliar. Reach the site by typing the address yourself. Nobody legitimate needs your password, your full card number or your security code — support included, always.
If you ever suspect access has been compromised, change the password, sign out other sessions if the setting exists, and tell support before you do anything else. An account with a fresh payout request and an unexplained login from elsewhere is exactly the pattern that triggers a freeze, and getting ahead of it saves days.
Sequence
Recovering access, in order
Try a private window
It rules out cookies and extensions in fifteen seconds and resolves a surprising share of cases.
Reset the password
Even if you are confident in it. A successful reset email also tells you the account exists under that address.
Check for an account notice
Verification pending, a self-imposed limit or a cooling-off period will block play while letting you sign in perfectly well.
Contact support with facts
Registered email, approximate registration date, the exact error text and the time it happened. Vague reports get template answers — see contact.
Do not open a second account
Duplicate accounts breach the terms everywhere and can void balances on both. Recover the original instead.
If you never got as far as an account, opening an account covers the sign-up flow, and mobile play covers signing in on a phone.
Questions
Sign-in FAQ
I have forgotten which email I registered with.
Try the reset flow on each address you might have used; the one that sends an email is the account. If none does, contact support with your name, approximate registration date and any deposit reference from your bank.
Can I stay signed in on my phone?
Usually yes, and on a device only you use it is reasonable. On a shared device it is not — the balance and the saved payment methods are the reason.
Why does it ask me to verify when I only want to play?
Some account states require documents before play continues, particularly after a limit change or a large deposit. It is a compliance step, not a stalling tactic.
Can I use a VPN?
Don't. Masking your location breaches the terms at essentially every operator and gives them grounds to void a balance. If the site is blocked where you are, that block is the answer.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Where the account settings offer it, switch it on. It is the single most effective thing you can do to protect an account that holds money.
I am locked out during a self-exclusion — can support lift it?
No, and that is the point of the mechanism. Wait it out and use the time — the resources on responsible gambling are there for exactly this.
